Nice place to live - I am a current resident of Boardwalk Place. Infact I this is my second time living in boardwalk. I have found that the apartments are good quality, the grounds are well kept, the pool is well maintained, the staff is professional, and parking is average. Lived There, I left For my reasons NOT THEIRS! Yes, In the begining they addressed everything seriously.. But< They chose to get rid of all those WHOM knew what they were doing... And Now they have New Managers and Crew. That is the problem everyone tha stayed is dealing with now. Sorry

Me and my boyfriend and kids live here. I called the front office so they can come spray and they told me they dont have a bug man. Oh and someone broke into my car and they didnt do anything about it. Its suppose to be a "gated community" HAHAHA yeah no gates here adn plus they have one

Im coming back!!! I moved into Boardwalk when it first opened & had the best apartment expierience ever. I only moved because my job transfered me out of town. Fortunately i am moving back to town & wouldnt go anywhere but Boardwalk Place!!! I am moving back in March & cant wait!!!! Great

Life savers The staff at Boardwalk Place really helped us out after Katrina. They took us in and really went out of there way to help all of us after the storm. The staff went out of their way to set up public tranportation and access to a computer. Boardwalk Place was a blessing and the staff were

Low Income Housing Have lived here for some time, and it gets worst every day. The parking lot is a mass of potholes. Every time you mention a problem, you're told by the front office that the owners have no money to fix anything. Now the place is going to the dogs literally. Pets

Denham Springs "Projects" This apartment complex is starting to look like the "projects" in New Orleans. Same noise, same crime, same torn up streets. The biggest difference is the rent here is much higher.

Ha! Gated Community?? Live Oak Trace is suppose to be a gated community right??? NO.... people come through the exit or wait for someone behind them or in front of them to open the gate for them to sneak in. Why be gated? They need more than one dumpster. Trash is always everywhere.
