Beautiful, Spacious, Affordable apartments - - I'm sorry to read all the bad reviews. I live 5 minutes from this complex and agree it had some issues in the past. We will be moving there this week, and I couldn't ask for a better place. Good place to live No apartment complex is perfect, but I enjoyed living at Boardwalk Place. Office staff was helpful. Maintenance people were very good about answering my requests quickly for the most part (had to remind them a couple of times).

Aweful I have lived in these apartments for over a year. They are poorly kept and poorly managed! I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. The neighbors are almost as bad as the owners. If you have a second option... Even if it's roach infested... I suggest that one over this place.

I moved out almost a year ago. they did not refund my deposit. Takes weeks to actualy get management on the phone. I had asked previously for a reduction in rent as the so called 24 hour 'fitness room' was closed and the pool wasn't open. Pot holes are horrible.

Such a shame.. This past week we had a shooting. A man with a sawed off shotgun shot at another man and at the apartment door. Cops rushed in about 10 minutes later. This was at about 1:30am so thankfully no one was outside. I am disgusted with these people and am searching for a new place to live.
