the neighborhood is really good, there's not crime at all in ormond,they are pretty fast at fixing minor things, the staff, well Lisa is very nice(Debbie, is something else, she's really nice when you fill out the application, trying to get into the apartment, but once you are in she acts like she doesn't even know you when you walk into the office, or when you see her outside of the office.) The apartments are cheaply built, you can actually see the people on top of you walking across the floor, and you hear every step no matter how light footed they are. One thing that really bothers me is if someone does something, she'll put letters on the entire complex as if we all did it, I say you know who it is, confront that person directly. There's always something wrong with a washer or dryer or two in the laundry room, but other than that the I guess it's an ok place to live.

I agree with the person who wrote this review. Not the greatest apts, but what else is available in this area - not much. You sure won't find anything worth living in on the west bank. Ditto on the laundry facility not maintenanced well. I had a better experience at a different apt complex in Kenner, LA.

I also agree with the person who wrote this especially about that (Debbie) girl. I mean how much do you think an apartment manager actually makes!!I know and it's not nowhere near to make you think that you're better than your tenants!
