Just check the garbage disposal place when you come... all the rest is the same: Maintenance is poor.
Want Direct TV' Be prepare to pay insurance just to have your dish in the balcony. One day due' Be prepared to pay 50.00 penalty: thay do not forgive you a pennie. Your dog barks some times' OK pay 600.00 and have it out in one month without return of the money.... that's it.

I couldn't help but respond to your write-up! Have you thought about becoming a home-owner? If so, I have some great news! I'm a real estate agent and if you are a 1st time home-buyer or haven't owned a home in the past 3 years you may qualify for the newest $8000 Tax Credit! It is not a loan, it is actually a credit on your tax return. So, if you owe the IRS money, deduct the amount you owe from $8000, and you will get back the difference. If you are due a refund, add $8000 to that amount! This tax credit is only good up until December 1st, 2009. Feel free to contact me for more information. I'd be happy to help!
