I've stayed many places and this one has been my least favorite. The garbage piles up in front of the dumpster, and the gates are there simply to annoy the renters. I've had my car vandalized twice and outright broken into on one occasion. the apartments are thinly built and you will hear the interstate, and your neighbors, and their dogs. Expect your rent to go up, and expect no leniency when moving out.
