I am a single girl living alone and I do not
feel safe or peaceful here.
Last night there were so many wild kids screaming outside, I couldn't even hear my
TV. Parents won't control them and management obviously
cannot.
Walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor's arguments
like they were in my apartment. It's very unsettling.
Many times you see drug dealers milling about.
If I walk to my car, there are older men of color just watching
my every move...so terrible and frighening.
I have lived many places, and although the apartment is nice,
it is occupied by trashy people. What a shame. Keep looking!

First Anonymous reviewer from 10/21 = Lakeside Oaks Management up to their normal dirty tricks.
The Lakeside Oaks lease specifically states that children should not play in the parking lot. Anyone who has lived at Lakeside Oaks knows that the parking lot is the playground for most of the kids.

Wow!!! I lived at Lakeside Oaks for a year and have many bad things I could say but none of which you have expressed above! For one...you are in an apartment, noise is to be expected...get over it! Second, "older men of color"...seriously, you need to grow up! I too am caucasian and would not make this kind of statement! Third..if the parents are not controlling their children, what exactly do you expect management to do about it? You obviously do not have children of your own...it is very typical for them to run about and make noise, especially when living in an apartment complex where their options are limited! Drug dealers....call the cops! Writing a review on here will not keep the complex safe from drug dealers, especially when you choose to write about it and not take action yourself! One more thing...when your lease is up...MOVE OUT!
