Dirty when we moved in. Stains on kitchen counters, oven cleaner left in oven, stains on shelves above washer and dryer, cobwebs/dust on bathroom walls, dirty AC vents and filter, light switch covers were black with dirt and grime. I've never moved into an apartment that wasn't cleaned first, but I'll have to scrub everything from top to bottom. The last time I moved into an apartment, it was spotless. For what we're paying for a "luxury" apartment, I figured the least we could expect was to not find fingerprints, hair, spills, stains, etc from the previous tennants. Not to mention bugs. One "plus", our carpet was replaced. Guess that means previous tennants were really filthy. Quality of construction seems okay so far. Not noisy. For now, I'll say No, wouldn't recommend this complex. If I change my mind after living here a while, I'll write another review.
