a complete nightmare. The gate works sometimes. The apt. was dirty when we moved in. Everything is very cheaply made from the appliances to the fixtures. You don't live in the best area, and people who live in the neighborhood (not from your apartment complex)are always in the pool. Parking is not assigned so sometimes you have to park far away from your door, and covered parking is extra which takes up most of the spots. There are ants around this whole complex which is bad because I have a child who likes to be outside. Water is an extra bill, with the rent cost you would think it would be included. If you have a pet, its another fee (pet rent) monthly.
