It is nearly impossible to get maintenance service. I reported water damage and mold in the bedroom and after 2 months it still wasn't repaired. On top of that, they raised the rent by $40. The so-called security gates rarely work. The apartments have very cheap finishes and appliances and are not very clean when you move in. These apartments are over-priced and poorly maintained. Stay away!
