I lived here for 2 years, alway kept things clean, paid rent on time, and still got screwed out of my deposit when I moved out. Maintanence is horrible. The air conditioners go out all the time, probably because they do NO maintenance on them - won't even change the filters unless you call and ask. They raise the rent every 6 months, but do no upkeep. I give them 5 years max before they become public housing.
