Excellent experience - I recently left Lakeside Oaks Apartments to go back to my home in Lafayette and I wanted to share a few words about our stay there. 1. This place is in the sticks.
2. This place is really over-priced.
3. The management of is trying really hard to push over-priced apartments that are close to nothing. The sales tactics are high pressure, and the offer you are made on the initial inquiry
