I have been residing at Baywood Apartments since 1990 to present. Quite honestly, I am shocked at the negative commentary posted. Although it is true that there has been some management changes, I think that in every business there are times that changes are necessary to provide the best service to the customers. I looked at probably every apartment community on the Westbank before I made the final decision to live here at Baywood and am very happy that I did. The property is professionally maintained. The staff has always been courteous and very helpful. Any of the employees that did not fit into that category are no longer here.
Needless to say, I strongly recommend Baywood Apartments as the best place to live on the Westbank! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
