The property is NOT "professionally maintained" unless you have EXTREMELY low standards. This apartment advertises landscaping. If you consider mowing the grass landscaping, so be it, but the scraggly, nasty bushes all over the lawns are not "maintained". Mud slides from the "landscaped gardens" onto the walkways. There is slime and God knows what on the cement in the dark, UNLIT alley behind the laundry room- I don't know what it is, but it's green and gross and a hazard to boot. What overgrown bushes and "landscaping" there was was recently mown down to little stubs and left there. Not replaced or re-planted, but just left there like someone went crazy with a chainsaw. I'm not going to argue about this- all you have to do is come take a real, good look around this place. It's ugly and horribly maintained, and I'm not just speaking of the lawns/gardens (excuse me while I choke back a laugh).
-The swimming pool closest to my apartment (I've never bothered to visit the other one) is FILTHY. Filthy, filthy, filthy. It has been like this the entire time I've been here, warm weather and cold, for almost an entire year. I moved here and have NEVER been able to use the pool. That is just pathetic. The apartments are old- spacious, but old. I agree with the other poster- they need to be completely redone. If someone in this complex is living in a beautifully maintained apartment, I'll pay you twenty dollars if you let me take a look at it, because I simply don't believe it. BTW, the twenty bucks is forfeited if you work in the office- I'm sure YOUR apartment is beautifully maintained, but that's because you WORK HERE. (I'm referring in particular to the person who posted the positive review, because I find it almost impossible to believe that this person was not an office personnel posing as a tenant.) Would it kill the owners of this complex to actually give a crap about these apartments' Replace the twenty year old cabinets, perhaps' Fix things when you need them to in a timely manner' Oh, and forget about getting in touch with the office- they post hours but are often not in when the posted hours say they are supposed to be. I have FREQUENTLY attempted to visit the office when it is supposed to be open and there is no one there, be it morning, noon, or evening.

If that person is living in a beautiful apartment, I'd like to know just why the hell my apartment is such a piece of crap. I could care less when or if they fix it- I'm SO out of here when my lease is up.

The rent may be semi-affordable, and granted, the apt's are large, but that's it. This is FAR from luxury- you don't even get small luxuries here, and when your apartment looks cruddy and you can't get anyone to fix it, you really start to pray for ANYTHING.
