Baywood Apartments was acquired by REPIMD on October 1, 2003. It has been a pleasure to work with such a hands on company under the guidance of our fearless leader Charlie Sherman and the whole REPIMD team. They have made the transition of new ownership go very smoothly from new computer software setup to doing business as usual. We are already scheduled for improvements to our community with concrete repairs,installation of new siding and overall rennovations. These items will have a large impact on the appearance of our community while showing our valued residents that we have owner's that care.

Save yourself valuable time and money and rent right next door at Carlyle Apartments. After you read the management companies above claim for Baywood Apts. you will see what I mean. Needless to say none of their statement on siding and rennovations have any truth in their statement. It's shocking that they actually put this false statement in writing and than post it on the internet. I lived this nightmare for a 12 month lease term. This company cannot meet their financial obligations and obiviously had no intentions or concern for their valued residents to do anything but increase rents without living up to their end of the bargain. The only thing these owners care about is filling their pockets. Oh and the Manhattan membership sounds nice but don't be surprised if the health club staff turn you away from working out at their facilities because Baywood did not pay the bill. Oh yeah! It's pretty embarrassing, especially when you meet your financial obligations but get treated like dirt as if you are a bum. It was very disappointing. Even the whole office staff left 2 months after I moved in. Only to be replaced with the most incompitent rude people you will ever encounter. Well, I could not pack fast enough when my lease was up and moved right next door to Carlyle Apts. and have been happier ever since.
