Ok place, but needs remodeling

I have lived at baywood for only several months and I really like the apartments. Its really quiet but the parking situation is terrible. I feel like I have to rush home to get a spot. The apartments could also use a facelift. I believe for 700 dollars a month they could look at little bit more updated. Just my opinion.
