BOLD FACE LIE!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor, rent a Carlyle Apartments. The rent is about the same but you won't have to pay a high water bill and you actually really get what they promise you when you lease. REPIMD the managing company for Baywood will promise you the world and they will not deliver anything other than rent increases. See for yourself in their review of themselves "Discover the Difference" It's trully amazing. Obvious BOLD FACE LIE!!!!!
