Moved here recently and the office staff is horrible. Before signing the lease they are very friendly and welcoming "LETOYA" however soon as the lease is signed they turn into the office from hell. They won't answer maintenance requests, they hang up on you. Very rude and unprofessional. Although they renovated the apartments and they are nice, dealing with the office is MISERABLE. Letoya is supposed to be the assistant manager, however she has no people skills and is outright rude and disrespectful. Hopefully she will be replaced by a more competent individual SOON. Baywood is so desperate to get people to move in, now I see why no one wants to move here. Tried to contact the owner/manager SHERRY'''' Good luck she never returns calls. Also the office also screens calls for her so even if she is there she won't come to the phone. The usual excuse is that she is at the other property in Terrytown, however when you call there, they say she is at baywood. These people are full of it, and I can't wait to MOVE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....DON'T MOVE HERE......YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I agree with you about LETOYA. She is straightout rude; I mean extremely rude. I don't see how she is still working at the office, why isn't she fired; everyone is complaining from her. She thinks she is better or too good to answer questions when you are in the office or on the phone with her. She hangs up the telephone in your face. She really needs to be replaced by someone much better than her. LETOYA has NO communication techniques; she is unprofessional. She seems like she was a drop out from high school. I just hope she is replaced, maybe by Geniveve, she is real nice.
