Looks are deceiving!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Garbage constantly piles up at the dumpster. They offer internet service and cable tv service at a low price. I see why the price is low. Very slow internet speed and the tv channels are finally getting back to normal after several months of poor viewing. Only if the managment can get off there rear ends and get maintenance in order.
