For the price you pay to live here you would think they would have great maintenance. WRONG! Maintenance here is not existent! I have put in requests going on two months now for the same thing. Girls that work the office are rude. (After you move in of course) Trash piles up at the dumpsters. The guard at the front gate is useless. Not even sure why they have gates because they are always open! I would not recommend Calypso Bay apartments to anyone. Looks can be deceiving. This place is turning into a Ghetto. Parking is not enforced; driving through at night is like driving through an optical course with all the cars parked in the street. Most of the sprinklers shoot water straight up in the air, people do not pick up after their dogs, and the place is littered with trash. Just take a walk through the grounds and see for yourself. They seriously need new management before I would recommend this place to anyone. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
