I don't know where these people are living but I am living at the most beautiful place you have ever seen. The interiors are just as great as the exteriors. Where else in NO can you get 10' ceilings, crown moldings, FULL SIZE washer dryer and grounds that are lush and beautiful. Now they had some katrina issues - but who didn't' But other than that the only thing that gets to me is the abuse of the trash disposal by the residents. They use a trash compactor here that some of the residents take advantage of and leave their garbage outside instead of putting it inside. I have watched some of them do it and it makes me REAL MAD. But management installed cameras to catch the ones that are doing it and I hope they throw them out.
I think the pool is fab. When I go it looks great. Funny when I go to the gym all the equipment is working. Hmmmmm My advice is if you are looking for a wonderful place to live with all the amenities - check them out and see for yourself.
