I was one of the first residents to move into Calypso Bay. I have watched the place evolve into a lovely environment. Sure there may have been some issues that may have needed to be addressed, but what complex does not have issues. I think the office should be applauded for the for their efforts to restore the complex back as close the the original state as possible. As for the trash, yes it may have been an issue.....But I'm sure it is not the ofice personnel slinging trash in front of the compactor. Personal accountability is what matters. Take the time to neatly place the trash in front of the compactor until it can be addressed and handeled. Recently the management has implemented trash pick up from in front of residents doors. i have always recieve expedient service from mantentance. Some people just love to complain. As far as the rent, I'm sure you knew what the rates were when you signed the lease, so stop complaining. It is a lovely place to live. I wouldn't want to live any place else.

First of all you say you moved in in 2005 then you were not one of the first residents at Calypso Bay people were living there in 2003! So get your story straight.
