they are horrible and will recall their statements when its in their favor. the tenant never wins! ac and fridge constantly broken, damaged our personal property. make sure you do not talk to the newbie, chelsey, she acts as if she knows everything but really knows nothing!

Any positive comments about Calypso Bay management had to, without a doubt, be written by their management and staff members. Do NOT be fooled by how comfortable and nice Calypso Bay looks. It is not worth it at all. They are overpriced and only enforce the rules when it is convenient for them.
