Calypso Bay

 

Started leasing at Calypso Bay because of friends and came to find out ----, the district manager and ---------- think they can do with peoples lives what they want.

Have treated us like trash ever since we moved.

Rented us the most expensive apartment claiming they didn't have a one or two bedroom apartment available.

I am a business owner myself l and would have never thought a company would permit employees talk to their tenants they way they do.

----- raised her voice at me and asked me to shut up.

I thought you were supposed to treat your customers who are paying you to have a cushy job behind a desk with a little respect.

Had problem with dog, said our dog pupped and we didn't pick up after him.

I didn't see to where the same policy was applied to other tenants.

Got letters all the time at our door complaining about everything!! TOO MANY RULES for such EXPENSIVE place to live.

Please do not rent from these people.

They would not honor their word and leave you on the street.

The apartments are nice, but not worth the hassle of dealing with an unprofessional staff.
