I have lived here for 7 months.

When I moved in I was forced to pay a cleaning deposit and then was amazed at how filthy my apartment was when I moved in.

I am still trying to remove mold in the bathroom and in the cabinets under sinks.

I am completely embarassed when any of my friends or family want to come over.

The floors in the bathroom and kitchen are curling, the air conditioner and heater do not work properly, and management could care less.

I have been a resident of Gretna my whole life and understand what it went through because of Katrina, but that it no excuse to overcharge residents and then not reply to or fix their complaints.

I've found that management has been very rude and could care less.

I've talked to people who were residents before Katrina and they have said that the quality of the whole complex has declined since the Hurricane.

I can't wait til my lease is up so that I can find a better place to live.
