I've lived here for around 2 months and things that were existing upon move in and were promised to be fixed. Management is having problems with maintenance actually fixing problem tickets yet I still have no fire extinguisher, my storage closet outside doesn't have a working lock, my oven is unsafe and I still haven't seen a maintenance man. I also was upset with paying a cleaning deposit, yet found cigarette ashes in my stove and oven and had to reclean the kitchen and bathrooms. The cabinets are falling apart and should have been replaced after the storm, but were not. I can't decide yet if management can't keep up with all the things that need to be fixed, or if they need better help to solve problems. I guess only time will tell.

I feel your pain. When I moved in my apartment in september of last year it was dirty. they told us some bull$h*t story about how the cleaning deposit is for after you break your lease or something, but they don't clean the apt. my roomate and I had to do the cleaning ourselves.
