I did not like how this new company took over. Stick a paper on your door informing you that this is under new management call this number for emergencies''' What is this. There was no info about who they are etc. They did not inform us of maintenance pager numbers (maybe because they don't want to do any maintenance!) or anything else. I had to get one of their flyers outside the office to get their office phone number. They are just here to get our money and every month it seems they are going up on the rent (check out their flyers), while the apartments, buildings and grounds are further deteriorating. I used to not have a problem with the previous managment, I actually miss them, at least things were done in a somewhat reasonable fashion, but now' It's a joke. They don't take us serious and we are giving our hard earned money to them''' They don't even care about the lease agreements anymore. The rules about what could be on balconies and patios, about picking up your dog's leavings, people loitering on the stairs and in the breezeways and so much more are not enforced anymore. I actually liked how strict the old management was about this, it kept this place in order, but now it seems to be do what you want. I'm not even going into detail about problems with my apartment, there are so many issues, that haven't been addressed in months.
Maybe us tennants need to unite and get legal representation against these conditions, but then again I don't know if I am not at a point where I will just leave. My lease is up soon and I am contacting other apartment complexes in the area.
