Garden Lane is not a luxery apartment complex. Excuses for things like the pool cleaners are understaffed and that is why you can't swim this week or the changeover with the laundry rooms will only be 2 weeks are pretty lame. What compounds everything is the lack of communication and the fact they do not do what they promise, but will surely make you pay 100% of the rent for just 80% of what they are giving you. Also, watch out for their line of "first, last and security." What that means is you are putting all of it down as security so they can screw you out of it in the end. I understand it was my fault and not catching it when the lease was signed, but they implied something very different then how they worded it on the lease. As for parking, it is really a joke and my car was dented because of careless and rude people who can't park between the lines. You would think an apartment complex would assign spots to ensure everyone has a place. Oh, they keep saying they have pest control, but the fleas in the common areas attack you and no one in my apartment has ever seen an exterminator, which by the way is another one of those features which are a cause for concern
