The complex is well kept. The staff is professional and eager to help with any problems that may arise. Maintenance crews have the knowledge and experience to assist in correcting any problems and are pretty quick. Coming from another apartment complex, this property by far surpasses my expectations. Are there any problems, of course, all properties would. But these problems are due to residents, who do not comply with the rules and regulations of the property and look for others to blame when they are questioned about it. The management staff here are hands on and will approach a problem directly to correct the problem and assure other residents that this behavior will not be tolerated. It helps me feel a little better knowing that this is money well spent, and I have the safety and security I need for my family. Will I recommend this property to others, absolutely. Matter of fact I have. Garden Lane Apartments is a good place to raise a family.
