Can;t Wait Until the Lease Expires

When our lease is up, we are gone. My roof has been leaking for over 1 year and I was told that the roof would be changed in 3 or 4 months. I currently live in building 10B and everyone in this building has a leaking roof. I moved in 2000 and now there is open drug dealing, loitering, and theft on the property. My advise to anyone wishing to rent here...DON'T!!!! Please e-mail me so i can explain and show you pictures of what the roof looks like and has looked like for over a year.
