I have been here for 9 months. Any problems that I have had one of the 3 maintenance crew has taken care of it quickly. The office staff are very nice. The grounds are well kept and so are the laundry rooms. Sometimes the kids can be a bit noisy but the are kids, but the kids are nice. They don't play around the cars. I don't converse with anyone around here but I can say that anyone that I have had contact with for any reason was very polite. The grounds are well lighted during the night. As long as I have been here the gate maybe broke 2 times and maintenace was on it. I believe that these are really good apartments and I would recommend them to anyone. I really dont have anything bad to say about the apartments. Oh yeah and the bills are included in the rent so I am very happy about that. I am glad these apartments are not the way they were a few years ago.
