I have lived in this apartment for 2 months and I am in one of the buildings that is almost completely renovated. I think some of you that are unhappy with the present construction just need to realize that the hassels of the construction will be worth it in the long run. They are putting money into the complex because they care about the apartments.
To anyone looking at this complex, I would say it is one of the nicer apartments on the Westbank that is not over priced. I have not experienced any problems at all with management and I had a few things broken when I moved in and all were fixed within a week (some things had to be ordered like a new washer/dryer unit). My A/C was leaking and that was fixed within 30 minutes after I reported the problem.
