Please do not move here....do not even consider it. I understand many of you are tired of living at a hotel or with relatives and you want a place of your own. Trust me, this is not worth having a home of your own. I could go on and on about the problems at this place. But just look at all the other reviews. Constructions that is incomplete, incompetent staff, the list goes on and on. It has gotten worse since the hurricane. You cannot get maintenance to fix anything. Apparently they are "short staffed" They do not consider problems such as leaks an emergency. So, you come home everyday and have to mop your bathroom floor. Parking is a joke. The construction crew leave all their materials in our parking spaces.

As for the glowing reviews, you read. Trust me, management is writing that. They do not care about this complex. I hope that all the money they have invested in Calypso Bay is worth it!

After everything that has happened since the hurricane, the last thing my husband and I need to do financially is buy or build a house, but thanks to Shadowlake, we have no choice. Please do not move here!!!!!!!
