We rented from them five years ago, we don't owe them anything, Shadow Lake villa's agrees that we don't owe them anything and that we dont have a balance, yet they keep sending us to collections every few years. This has been a nightmare each time we move. Now we are trying to buy a house and again, they have sent us to collections. We are about to sue them for slander.

If you rent from them, pay your rent on time, and pay all your fees, you still are haunted for the rest of your life.

Not to mentioned while we lived there the roof leaked anytime there was a heavy rainstorm, They would fix the leak, and a few months later it leaked again. Rats in our storage area yet they would not exterminate, Birds making nests on the roof, they wouldn't take care of that either.
