Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
In the Six months that I have lived here this is by far the worst managed apartment company I have ever dealt with. We have had 4 different leaks, two of the leaks they just painted over like we wouldnt notice and had to have them come back several times. They never apologize and talk down to us as if we are a hassle and that we should understand that when you rent an apartment there are going to be problems that we should just accept. I also must mention that when they do make repairs to the apartment they leave everything a mess and expect the renter to clean up.

Carol sue
Calypso bay
Riverview Villa
Parc Fontaine
Relaise Esplanade
