I have been a resident here for two years now and let me tell you it has not been the greatest experience in the world. First of all the unit I am currently occuping is the second one that I have lived in since I have moved in here. The first apartment leaked everytime it rained. The second building they moved me to also leaks with every rain and the building is sinking. I have a family of roaches and ants traveling through the walls. The carpet is cheap and has to be cleaned every month. You can?t hang pictures on the walls because they are so damaged from being wet and not properly repaired. Not only that the apartment is showing signs of toxic mold developing in the walls from the apartment leaking everytime it rains. Please don't waste your time or money looking here.
