I have lived at this apartment for about one year and a half. I love the complex grounds on a nice day. However when it rains, my apartment leaks from the ceiling onto my bed, the carpet floods (I live on the first floor) and the walls easily peel. The management staff is okay on some days and they do sometimes like to fix the problem, but they know that it's a losing battle. I thought about moving to another apartment on the grounds with the number of roaches, ants, and moths I'm going to start looking elsewhere. My recomendation is to KEEP LOOKING...the model apartment they show you is extremely nice, but if you want a real tour find someone checking their mail and ask them the real scoop...I hope this information helps...
