READY TO BREAK MY LEASE

I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS NOW AND I AM READY TO BREAK MY ONE YEAR LEASE...WHY'
1. I HAVE A HUGE RAT IN MY APT. AND ALL THE MAINTENANCE COULD DO ABOUT IT WAS PUT ONE MOUSETRAP IN THE WHOLE APT.
2. WHEN IT RAIN HERE I HAVE A LEAKING PROBLEM NEAR MY CHIMNEY.
3. THE PARKING HERE SUCKS. I COME HOME LATE AND THEY USUALLY HAVE NO PARKING NEAR MY APT. BUILDING.
4. IT SEEM LIKE EVERY WEEK THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY APT. AND IT TAKES THE MAINTENANCE FOREVER TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
5. I HAVE A LOT OF SPIDERS INSIDE MY APT. LITTLE JUMPING SPIDERS...
6. SOMETIME COMING HOME LATE I FEEL UNSAFE BECAUSE I LIVES TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND THERE'S NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS BACK HERE TO MAKE ME FEEL SAFE WALKING UP TO MY APT.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...
