I was reading about Apartment Complexes and I came around to this site. Let me start off by saying that I too lived in Stonebridge and it is by far the WORST!! I had a severe mold problem. I paid $200 for a mold specialist to come and document this (just in case problems occur later). The rats oh the rats and that terrible screeching sound they make as they climb through the vents..My Goodness it sucks! When you first inquire about the property the treatment you get is quite exceptional (the staff has on it's best behavior), but the second you sign your name, you quickly realize that the wool has been pulled over your eyes. My apartment had mold, rats, little unidentified bugs in the tub, and it leaked until the celing began "peeling." Management was rude,and they do not care..None of them... but I was like Dam Them---These problems need to be fixed. Well, they were not fixed they were covered up. I even had little mushrooms growing in my carpet due to the floor carpeting being saturated with water..Go Figure! Any way, I eventually moved out and I'm glad that I did! I did pass by there and I saw a poor unknowing soul moving into my old apartment..I know by now she's disgusted! By the way Shadowlake Next Door is Wonderful!!!!!!!!
