1.) My apartment was broken into through a window behind a huge bush. Filed a police report and asked Stonebridge manor to cut the bush down for safety. The bush is still there after three months and numerous complaints.
2.) Fan smell likes electrical smoke but of course maintenance and manager do not smell anything and ridicule us.
3.) The same fan also wobbles and only has a runs on high.
4.) Numerous work orders have submitted but never fixed.
5.) Jennifer, the current manager, is asnotty ----- who is friendly until the lease is signed.
6.) And I hope she reads this and the other complaints.
