We live here currently, the leasing agents and manager is very nice until you sign the lease. They are -------, liars, and generally do not give a crap about the tenants. They will show you the "model" apartment, then stick you with the worse unit possible. Insist on seeing "your" unit before you sign anything. They will tell you that it is not their policy to show the actual unit until you sign the lease. They claim because it is being worked on. Don't believe it...they lie like a rug! The prehistoric-flying roaches are soo big, I need to put in a work order to get maintenance to build them a short runway! Yeah right, maintenance do something'''HA! The best advise I could give is not to live her. Take it from me and all the other bad reviews stonebridge has gotten. Their reputation is truly deserved! I just wish I wasnt in such a hurry to find a place to live! Trust me, you would be better-off living under an overpass. Cant wait til my lease is up!

I was shown my apartment 3 days before moving in. The very polite staff did a walk thru with me asking me if their was anything they may have missed that i noticed that needed repair and when i mentioned what i noticed, my needs were seen to right away. From my stay here so far I havent had any disappointments but i have noticed that their r some people that u can never make happy. Theres alot of people in this world u can never satisfy no matter how hard u try.
