Well, where do I start. There are numerous things wrong with this place. Starting from the beginning the staff is all smiles until you sign your lease. After that your on your own basicaly. They will not let you see your prospective apartment until you sign your lease(think about that, should tip you off right away!) The bathroom(lived in a bottom floor 2 bedroom) always smells like some kind of funk after it rains. Told the staff and they came by to fix it amazingly. They only cut a hole in the wall, patched it, sprayed a bunch of air freshner to cover the smell. Problem not fixed... Second, the roaches and mice or rats that are in our food cabinet are terrible. Always finding roaches all over the place and in the bathroom tub in the moring along with all the other misc. bugs. Third, my vehicle was broken into right in front of my apartment basicly. I also know of another vehicle that was stolen out of the apartment complex and found on the East Bank stripped down. You can't own anything nice in this place or it will be stolen!!!! Parking on the back side of this complex is terrible yet on the front side you couldn't ask for more empty parking spaces!! Fourth, air conditioner always freezes up or doesn't work for whatever reason. Fifth, the people above me sound like a herd of elephants at 1:00 A. M. or they are yelling and fighting at all hours of the night and you feel as if they're sitting right next to you. It's just too much to deal with. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place! DO NOT MOVE IN!!!

I am guessing there are about three to four hundred apts in this complex , if the place was so bad , why it is full ,that there is not enought parking. I live here and have no problems at all. Sounds to me that, that is your own personal experience, and not all three hundred plus other residents. you also have to take in account that the place was build in the early 80's, unlike Calyso bay, where they still building, with a price tag of at least $1000.00 per month, conpare to $680.00.
