I wish I'd known about this website before I moved here. To be honest, I've never encounterd any rats. THANK GOD!!! Because as big as the roaches are they can pass for rats. Maintenance does suck. Just imagine waking up to the sound of rain and it's not outside, but downstairs in your living room. It took (7)pots to keep the water from ruining my furniture. The maintenance man said it was because of an old filter and he "OWE" me a new one. OLD filter my behind and if filters was money bearing interest, I would be rich because I still have not received one. In the dining room, my children's room and parts of the living room there are brown spots where water has settled. I'm sure when you move in it will be painted over. The last time I placed a work order the worker had to flip her page over in order to get all of my complaints. But don't take my word, ask a current resident before moving in, and always remember don't judge the book by it's cover.
