this place has been the worst apartment i have ever lived in. management ---- there is no such thing as management there. i had to fight tooth and nail to get in the damn apartment. that should have been a sign. after that it took one month to get the problems fixed and i had to send a certifed letter for the so called management to recoginize my concerns. my car was broken into in the parking lot. my apartment flooded when the hot water heater broke. a rat ate a hole through the wall. roaches plague the buildings. stray cats are everywhere hell i even saw a couple of racoons. parking is a nightmare. they closed the pool for almost the entire summer to fix it rather than do it in the winter monts. all in all if you want to waste your money you could give it to me. that would be better than putting up with the crap you are going to deal with from these people. i am sure that even after the hurricane crap is over and the apartments have been repaired this is not a place you would want to live. buy a tent or go under the expressway but dont live in this crapy apartment complex...

I agree get a good box and move under the GNO!! This place is Hell!! Even after they "repaired" it after Katrina 3years later!!!!

i no i had the same promblem with them there all ass in the office my apt flood after the hot water heater broke from the second floor i was pissed i had just fell a sleep after working 15 hour shift in this ---- happen well go thing my niebor down stairs just moved out a week ago or she would of been pissed to well i ran to the office b/c there would not answer the phone and they said what cha need in i just went off in i told the lady that was getting her key you dont want to live here serious ---- well after 4 hour go by they came in said well no body told me notthing i was like bull ---- so they made a big ass hole in the celing in i made sure i took pic. of every thing b/c like i said they wanted to chrage me for the hot water heater brakeing so ya the put big grabge cans in my living room and a space walk blower to dry the carpetya then i was like i cant live in this so i went to see if they would give me anthor apt they said they couldnt give me anthoer one so i dealt with it till about 1 wk in the black mold began to grow in i was getting sick!
