My husband and I moved in Dec 2006. Everthing looked great, we were happy! Then... the first rain came, outside and inside! We lived in a downstairs 2 bedroom flat w/ a fireplace. Our walls started bubbling up and water ran across our ceilings. Mold and mildew grew along our walls and in the carpets. They did nothing!! A year later we were still dealing with the same problems! If it rained that night the next morning you would ake up to wet carpet! There has been 3 managers in the past year! they all have had the same behavior... It was not their fault they just got there!!! But they did nothing to change the problems! The mold was so bad it started effecting our health! I would rather live in my car then here!!

These ppl were not ideal tenants at all, they had 4 pets stonebridge manor only allows one pet, the husband is very rude, arrogant and lazy. They trashed their apartment, thank goodness they live at claypso bay now they can be rude to the staff at calaypso bay and trash their apartment at calaypso bay. Good Riddance!!!!!

Who would be ideal tenants?? Someone who would live in a nasty apartment full of Mold & Mildew?? Someone who enjoyed the rain?? Inside & Out? How could an apartment be trashed when it flooded everytime it rained!! Why would a man be upset and rude when he lived is such a wonderful apartment complex who can not keep the same manager for over a couple of months or staff for that matter?? Why would a complex let them out of their lease without a cancelation fee? Oh be/c they know they were wrong! And then they decided to send them to collection agency for pets they "said" they had... where is the proof? I guess we will find out in court. I guess the pics do not say enough but I am sure Stone Bridge's responce will look great to a judge that a solider that is now disabled from an injury Iraq is "rude, arrogant and lazy" and was let of of his lease with no problem except for the -------- talking at the office behind their backs! Oh and another note... it is funny what a family member would do to keep her job!! You are right Good Riddance! See Ya in court!!
