Calypso Bay 33% Recommended May 06 2008: Wow-for the price of rent here and the looks of the brochures....you would think this is the prfect place to live...NOT!!!!! I have the same broken window since Katrina and the same piece of wood on my bacony since Katrina.....Almost three Oak Alley Apartments 50% Recommended May 04 2008: I have been here for 9 months. Any problems that I have had one of the 3 maintenance crew has taken care of it quickly. The office staff are very nice. The grounds are well kept and so are the Towne Bridge Place 33% Recommended Mar 27 2008: I have lived in townebridge place apartment for 2 years now and i love it, its not a big community but its nice and queit. the gates were broken for a while but now they are working. the 2 bedroom Stonebridge Manor Apartments 12% Recommended Mar 20 2008: This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I can go on and on about the conditions of this apartment. It first began with an odor and you can hear mice (I am assuming mice) in Shadow Lake Villas 32% Recommended Mar 03 2008: me and my fiance lived here for a year and nothing was done. the office management was horrible. it took four months and multiple phone calls to get them to come in and fix our dryer. our disposal was broken |
