The staff is friendly and helpful and if you need something fixed, they're pretty prompt about getting it fixed for you. There's always parking for us and our visitors. However, there's been a few times where people have sat in their car in their parking lot just to listen to their music that is blaring so loud I could hear it perfectly from inside my apartment. People next to us yell loudly in the middle of the night outside our apartment, which I also hear perfectly from the inside. Most of the buildings sustained shingle and vinyl siding damage because of Gustav. It's December now and there's still tarps on the roofs and on the front exterior walls of the apartments, making the whole complex look really crappy. There's always cigarette butts in the grass around the walkway leading to our front door, yet neither my roommate nor I smoke. The interior is dated - the wood on the doors, the window sills, and the molding are from the 80's. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are of course dated as well. Our dishwasher hardly actually washes our dishes. There's paint drips on the walls - I guess they painted them so quickly that they didn't bother to make the paint job look nice. I think the rent is overpriced by at least $100.

Its comments like these that really make our efforts worth while. We love to hear your criticism too! I know that sounds weird, but it??s how we improve. It??s only through honest feedback that we can learn and grow. Address actual residents concerns rather addressing what we assume to be resident concerns. So with that in mind, do you think that painting or refinishing the doors and molding would update the apartment? Do you have any other ideas as to how we can update the interiors of our apartments? Since I brought up the painting, we do contract out a lot of apartments to be painted in a short amount of time. We have since addressed some of your painting concerns with our contractor and are looking forward to those positive changes. I am sorry you experienced some noise and dishwashing issues while living here. I wish you could have reported those issues to the leasing office, we could have helped out. And, I totally agree with you in regards to the Hurricane damage. Thank you so much for your patience while we worked to complete this.
