The location is good but and it is a big but. The Lease is horrible. There is no way to get an early out of your lease even if you move out of the state. The walls are thin, The neighbors can be loud but that is to be expected with a college apartment. The electricity bill is overley expensive and the lack of proper insulation does not help. My Average Bill was around $300 a month and I am one of those people who barely run the A/C and heater and always turn the lights off. There are newer apartments right next door whose rent is just a little bit more for the same size apartment.

Hi Anonymous! Thanks, we do have a great location!!!! I am so sorry to hear that your electric bill was so expensive. If you should come across this same problem again, please call your local electric company. It could mean that your meter was mis-read or needs to be replaced. Whenever you have a concern, it??s always best to call and ask about it. Especially when your hard earned dollars are concerned. I??m also sorry that you didn??t care for your lease. From what I understand, it??s a pretty standard lease geared toward a student property and designed to cover as many topics as possible in regards to a student property. Although I am completely biased and am in love with Lion??s Way, there is a newer property next door. I always encourage everyone to look around before making a decision on a new home, whether it be rental or purchase. It??s a major decision that no one should just jump into. You must find the one that fits your lifestyle best, and for that, you must figure out what is most important to you. Most of our residents found that price, location, and customer service is most important to them. And we love them and you for it!!!
