I moved here after Katrina because I was in jam. 590$/month for 476 sq feet. The apartment is tiny, so stay away unless you're a hermit and don't invite company over or only have asian friends.

Hi Anonymous! Thanks, we do have a great location!!!! I am so sorry to hear that your electric bill was so expensive. If you should come across this same problem again, please call your local electric company. It could mean that your meter was mis-read or needs to be replaced. Whenever you have a concern, it??s always best to call and ask about it. Especially when your hard earned dollars are concerned. I??m also sorry that you didn??t care for your lease. From what I understand, it??s a pretty standard lease geared toward a student property and designed to cover as many topics a possible in regards to a student property. Although I am completely biased and am in love with Lion??s Way, there is a newer property next door. I always encourage everyone to look around before making a decision on a new home, whether it be rental or purchase. It??s a major decision that no one should just jump into. You must find the one that fits your lifestyle best, and for that, you must figure out what is most important to you. Most of our residents found that price, location, and customer service is most important to them. And we love them and you for it!!!
