If you are a college student that usually has ppl over at night this is not the place to live because eveything you do at night past 8'oclock will be addressed to you early the next morning with a lease violation attached to it for about $50 to &100 dollars. A certain few of the people that work their honesly have nothing else to do except fine you and make your stay their misrable. If you leave a pair of SHOES out on the front porch its a $50 fine right their. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FUN COLLEGE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! THE CREEKS OR KROGEN KOVE IS THE PLACE TO GO TO HAVE SOME SORT OF FREEDOM TO LIVE

Dear Anonymous, I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at Lion??s Way. Our rules and regulations are in place not to make our resident??s miserable, but instead in place to ensure everyone has the opportunity to peacefully enjoy their apartment. Some of our residents not only carry a full time course load at SLU but also work nights. So you can understand why relaxation is so important to our residents. Our lease violation system is a progressive violation system. Meaning, the first time a violation occurs, a written warning is issued. Should the same violation occur again, a $50 fine is then issued. We also attempt to contact the residents and parent guarantees to have a face to face meeting so we can discuss the violation and how it can be avoided in the future. As I have a pretty good idea who you are Mr. Anonymous (lol), I believe a few verbal warnings were given before the written warning was issued. Your second concern also involved a lease violation, but with shoes left outside. This type of violation, along with all other violations, is also on a progressive penalty system. A written, and I believe a verbal warning, was given before the $50 lease violation was issued. I hope the next time you hang out with friends at Lion??s Way you can stop by the leasing office. I would love to talk and exchange ideas on how I can improve and better reach residents who may not understand why we do what we do. To help me better convey that we are here to make sure all residents enjoy their home at Lion??s Way. Thank you for taking the time to write this review! ---LWA Property Director
