Moved into a brand new partment a year ago, although the apartments look nice they are not very well constrcuted, cabinets installed backwards, substandard tub, stained carpet, noisy neighbors can be heard all of the time, always dealing with trash on the lawn. Tried to work through the challenges such as noisy tenants and trash with no action from the office staff. Consistantly receive notice that will be charged a fine if trash is not cleaned up when you are not responsible for the trash. Don't take action to address thos tenants who make the trash just blame everyone. The office staff talks to everyone like they are a child, they are rude, cut you off and you can't have a civil conversation with them. Rent up $50 within 6 months of being in the apartment.
