We've been here 9 months now. At first, we thought these apartments were the best you could find in Hammond. Now that we are getting ready to move out, we don't feel the same! The management is not the best; they talk to you like you are a child & have rules that are pointless. They changed part of our lease agreement (about pets), and overall, I am happy to be moving out! Yes, they are pretty apartments, but the quality of work put into the buildings is not what I had expected. We were the first people to live in this apartment, and we've had to call maintenance 4 times to service the AC system. If you want to pay alot of money and try to steer clear from the management, this is an okay place to be. But I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. Good luck!
